Individual Therapy and Professional Support
Providing individualized mental health support specializing in adults, teens, women, and trauma, along with experienced supervision and consultation services to therapists and mental health professionals.
Therapeutic Services
Growing Edges Therapy provides psychotherapy to adults, teens, and families through individual sessions as well as family/parent support sessions.
Therapy can offer a safe space to slow down, become curious about what is happening, and build self awareness and skill to manage the wide array of circumstances that life may bring.
We use a variety of evidence-based approaches rooted in a person-centered approach that adapts to the needs and strengths of the client. Some techniques are: Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral, expressive and play, insight and emotional processing, and mindfulness-based.
Professional Support
Supervision and consultation services to therapists through individual and small group sessions.
Becoming a thoughtful, grounded therapist is an ongoing process that must include a safe space to bring questions, uncertainty, along with personal and professional challenges that may be impacting the clinical work or the self of the therapist.
This work is collaborative, curious, and relational, with attention to both clinical skill and the therapist’s own internal experience.
